Activities like National Service Scheme(NSS) has not only helped to developed the society but have also helped to improve our OWN personality.Qualities such as TEAM management,soft skills,body language etc.are developed automatically while doing such activities.My belief that “Leadership is not COMMANDED but should be DEMANDED” can be observed and implemented through activities like National Service Scheme.
