Programme Educational Objectives:

The Programme educational objectives of under graduate program in Computer Engineering are to produce graduates:
  1. Equipped with sound knowledge of mathematics, science and technology to build logical base of computer engineering that will be useful in solving complex engineering problems and develop enduring learning ability.

  2. Capable of understanding and applying fundamentals of all subjects of computer engineering to analyze, design, and implement new projects from various application domains using modern engineering tools.

  3. Prepared to deliver social and professional responsibilities ethically

  4. Equipped with communication, presentation and entrepreneurial skills thus making them competent professionals at global level.

Programme Outcomes(POs)
At the end of the programme student should able to
  1. Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering to solve the problems in design, modeling and analysis in computer based systems.

  2. Apply the design principles and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data for analog and digital systems and various mini projects.

  3. Design a process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, social, health and sustainability by means of curricular and extracurricular activities.

  4. Work as member of project team to find successful solutions in the area of soft computing and embedded systems.

  5. Design and solve real time problems and data analysis in domain specific problems.

  6. Understand the professional efficiency and ethical responsibility.

  7. Communicate effectively in engineering community at large by means of effective presentations, report writing, paper publications (Seminar, Project, Competition).

  8. The broad education necessary to understand the impact of engineering solutions in a global context (GRE, TOEFL)(All competitive exam).

  9. An understanding of the importance of opportunities to engage in lifelong learning and professional development as demonstrated through involvement in professional organization, extracurricular, and elective activities.

  10. A knowledge of contemporary issues (B.E Electives and S.E 2012 Syllabus and T.E Seminars, B.E Projects)

  11. An ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
