Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Project Associate-I (PA-I) for the SERB-POWER, GOI project titled “Development of a Methodology for Corrosion Assessment of Reinforced Concrete Structures based on Non-destructive Techniques” in the Department of Civil Engineering, Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune.

Essential qualification  B.E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 70% or 7.5 CGPA in UG from a recognized University / Institute. 
Age should be less than 35 years and should have valid GATE Score. 
Job Description  1. Assistance to PI, CO PI in research work 
2. Assistance in design and development of methodology / equipment 
3. Conduction of testing / experimental work 
4. Procurement of materials and electronic accessories 
5. Record keeping
Salary  Rs. 31000 +24% HRA (As per Office Memorandum of Ministry of Science & Technology, GOI dated 10 July 2020 for guidelines and emoluments)
Duration of Project  28 Months
